It is understandable to feel violated when someone breaks into your house. The fact that an outsider disturbed your living space is often worse than the money or property you lost in the process. All you can do is file a report with the police and replace the missing items with new ones.
But what happens when the robbers take not only your valuables, but the entire house? An entire home in Oregon somehow went missing. Police have no idea how this happened, or how to even begin investigating.
This 1,200 square foot home was ripped from its foundation this year, leaving nothing behind. Luckily, the owners only live there part of the time, and weren”t in the home when it was stolen.
I guess it”s technically not breaking and entering…
Klamath County police want to stress that this was not a mobile home. It did not have wheels.
Nothing makes sense. The universe is chaos.
They also urge people to please contact them if they happen to see a house that was ripped out of the earth.
Where do you even keep a stolen house? Under a bigger house?

Obviously, a number of questions arise here. How did they pick up the house? How did they transport it? What kind of weird black market money can you make selling a home from Oregon? Sadly, we may never know.
