Muffins are the cupcakes of breakfast foods. They”re moist, fluffy, and full of flavor. Sure, bagels and eggs are delicious, but there”s nothing quite as wonderful as waking up on a Saturday morning and biting into a hot blueberry muffin. If you think it”s too much effort to whip up a batch of breakfast cupcakes, think again. You can mix up just four ingredients, one of which is ice cream, and make a delicious batch of blueberry muffins in only 20 minutes. Check out the tutorial below.
Start off by preheating the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Put two cups of flour into a bowl.
Add three teaspoons of baking powder and stir up the mixture.
Add a pint of melted vanilla ice cream. (It must be melted!)
Mix it up and add two cups of blueberries. Just keep mixing!
Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray and add your mixture to the cups. When you”re finished, put them in the oven for 18 to 25 minutes.
The muffins will come out fluffy and golden brown. Yum!
