Sure, bagels and eggs are delicious, but there”s nothing quite as wonderful as waking up on a Saturday morning and biting into a hot blueberry muffin. If you think it”s too much effort to whip up a batch of breakfast cupcakes, think again. You can mix up just four ingredients, one of which is ice cream, and make a delicious batch of blueberry muffins in only 20 minutes. Check out the tutorial below.

Start off by preheating the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Put two cups of flour into a bowl.
