This FSU Student’s Library Books Saved His Life During A Random Shooting

Recently, at Florida State University, there was a very scary and serious situation. A man armed with a gun entered the university”s library with the intent of taking the lives of innocent students. After injuring 3 people, the man was shot and killed by police officers. We should keep those who were injured in our thoughts, and be thankful that more harm wasn”t done by the shooter.

One FSU student, three hours after the shooting, opened up his backpack and realized how truly lucky he was.

This is the bullet that was fired at Jason Derfuss. Miraculously, he survived.
