Anyone with a stutter can tell you that it’s a debilitating disorder, especially for kids who experience bullying because of it in school. Very few of us can imagine something as natural as speech becoming a negative force in life, but for people suffering with this disorder, simple conversations become huge obstacles.
This 18-year-old singer from Australia lives with a stutter, but that doesn’t stop him from pursuing his dreams. Harrison Craig recently appeared on Australia’s version of The Voice, and he wowed the judges with his talent and perseverance.
It’s truly amazing to see someone overcome adversity with breathtaking talent the way that he did. We’re just happy that someone who’s so frustrated by everyday speech has finally found his voice.
